Why Is the Same Album Art on All My Songs

   I'm not certain what the hell I did, but every vocal I accept on my SD menu testify the exact same album cover in my media actor. I have went into my SD card and deleted my songs and put them dorsum, still the aforementioned.

    How did you get the music on the phone? Originally I used the HTC sync software on but my mp3 had album art, my wma files did non. To get the covers to show up, I deleted all the songs off the phone then transfered them using the drop and elevate method and all the covers showed upwardly.

    I may have a solution... Brand sure you have artist and album information when you import your songs. If you have one rail that has 'unknown album', once y'all load artwork on that track, it will show up on *all* tracks that have 'unknown album' .Even if you lot delete the rails and reimport information technology, it will nonetheless take the aforementioned artwork that has originally been attached to the 'unknown anthology' You may have to delete those tracks and reimport them with the the artist and album information. This style the phone will properly sort them out and adhere the proper artwork that goes with each anthology. Hope this helps!!

    I'm using Gtunes for my music... Everytime I upload a new song I use an app called Album Art Grabber to fetch the cover fine art. Works keen considering it gives yous two unlike search engines to find the fine art. It's always found the cover art, fifty-fifty obscure music is recognized.

    Mines Does This Also ! What I Practice Is download the cover art downloader and remove the cover art from the vocal that information technology was downloaded with and it goes away . If You Delete The Song It Will Stay There .

    Why hasn't anyone added an app where you can fully deleted embedded art work? I want fx manager or another managing director to be able to practice this task without the need to link to a reckoner. Luckily poweramp app you can override information technology's album art by searching right one but I don't think it's not something you can save for when y'all buy new phone or take out memory card.

    This has been bugging me for years but i figured it out today. If you are in fact experiencing the aforementioned result equally me which i retrieve you and virtually android users are i have sorted out how Android looks at album art in general.

    Okay, so per file you lot have the Creative person, Title, and Album ID3 Tags.

    Normally, in windows, if there is anthology fine art embedded in the file (this is called the file cover) its smart enough to display it, THIS IS NOT THE Instance WITH ANDROID.

    Android will Always pull the album art from whatsoever the folder.jpg (traditional way album art is handed out) is inside that folder the MP3 is in (if in that location is no folder.jpg it will utilize a random anthology fine art from whatsoever song in the folder).

    Now the CORE OF THE ISSUE is that if you look at your MP3'southward ID3 tags, you Demand something set for the album field ( i set this to the aforementioned as the title, or the artists). If you don't it will insert the Folders proper noun and inherit the Album art for the folder, which will be nothing, or a random fine art for whatever song it chose at random.

    I DID THIS FOR YOU Net,

    EDIT: I apply Tag&Rename to quickly edit all my album tags it literally takes ane second, theres an option under tools that copies one field to some other for every individual song in one shot - i copy the championship field to the album for anything that dosn't already have a album title set.

    Hey, i know the solution to that problem.....

    (Change the album cover first... then do this)

    ane.open up settings
    two.hit the search push
    3.type in "apps" and open the one thats start on the list
    4.find samsung music in there, and open it
    v.press the "three dot" on the top right corner of your phone
    6.press uninstall update
    seven.install it dorsum in the playstore (search:"samsung music")

    I know it sounds kinda stupid... merely it work for me though...

    I fixed this trouble by going to /Android/data/com.android.providers.media/albumthumbs on the phone and but deleting every file there (make sure that you tin see subconscious files if that folder seems to announced empty)
